Franchisees | Use Land It to Easily Track Your Hotel’s Implementation Status
Each time Marriott launches a new operations program, product or service, we are asking your hotels to use the “Land It” tool to manage and track the implementation. Land It is an online tool that helps hotels understand the tasks and timeline required for an implementation, as well as access training, assign roles, and review project statuses. The tool was launched last year, and there is no cost for using this tool.
Why You Should Also Use Land It
As an above-property leader, you can access Land It to track status by hotel and by project. There are several benefits to you of using this tool:
- Using Land It can help you ensure your hotels are on track to meet implementation and Brand Standard Audit deadlines.
- Land It can also serve as a valuable tool in the event of turnover by maintaining a record of where each hotel is in completing implementation steps.
- Finally, your Marriott account executives use this tool to track progress on initiatives. They will follow up with you if they see your hotels are not meeting implementation dates for key initiatives.
