Q1 Game Plans Now Available for Marriott-Managed and Franchised Hotels


As we head into 2015, our teams at Marriott are continuing to work to streamline what we ask of hotels and are focused on the details to ensure these initiatives are as easy to execute as possible. We’re currently testing and piloting a number of new concepts in both Marriott-managed and franchised hotels and are continuing to look for ways to drive value for our owners and franchisees as well as loyalty from our guests – particularly our next generation travelers.

This quarter, Full Service hotels will prepare to deploy a number of important initiatives, including Mobile Service Requests and free Wi-Fi to Rewards members. Select Service & Extended Stay GMs will be introduced to a number of new focus areas at the GMs conference in February.

To help aid in your planning for the quarter, the Q1 Game Plans are now available on MGS (Marriott-managed | Franchised). Please review your Game Plan and share it with your teams so they are aware of the topics and the activities required.
