Q2 Game Plans Now Available for Marriott-Managed and Franchised Hotels


The Q2 Game Plans are now available and were sent to hotels on Monday, March 30. As you know, the Game Plans are intended to provide an overview of actions that will be required by Marriott in the coming months, and to make these initiatives as easy to execute as possible.

This quarter, all hotels should complete steps to transition to Chase Paymentech as the new credit card processor. Full Service hotels will focus on strengthening Guestware culture to prepare for the rollout of Mobile Service Requests, and Select Service & Extended Stay hotels will complete action items introduced at last month’s GM Conference.

Hotels will also have the opportunity to participate in activities such as Marriott’s Engagement Survey, Associate Appreciation Week, and Children’s Miracle Network charitable campaign.

To aid hotels in their planning for the quarter, the Q2 Game Plans are available on MGS (Marriott-Managed Owner | Franchisee). Please review your Game Plan and share it with your teams so they are aware of the topics and the activities required.
