The Q3 Game Plans are now available to aid in your planning for the quarter. As you know, the Game Plans are intended to provide an overview of actions that will be required by Marriott in the coming months, and to make these initiatives as easy to execute as possible.
This quarter, all hotels should utilize resources to boost leisure GSS scores throughout summer months for The Summer Voice . Additionally, there should be a focus on Special Corporate Pricing and Operating Budget Processes.
Hotels will also have the opportunity to participate in activities such as Global Security Month and International Housekeepers Appreciation Week.
