Revised CFRST Exterior Sign Guidelines
The CFRST exterior sign guidelines have been revised to reflect updates to the color schemes for all five brands, and new logos for SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites.
New Standard:
In all applications, the Marriott endorsement will carry the primary logo color, not the separate ‘red’ color of the previous standard. The requirements for individual building-mounted-channel letters and no single-faced signs remain the standard. Below is a summary of the new color and logo standards:

Implementation:
The revised guidelines are available on Buzzsaw and MGS, and the standard is effective immediately. This applies to all new-build and individual sign replacement projects. There is no current plan to require system-wide replacement of existing signs. The approved sign manufacturers have been notified and are prepared to support this program change.
