2017 Rewards Property Enrollment Goals
Franchisees | The 2017 Property Enrollment Goals for Marriott Rewards and The Ritz-Carlton Rewards are now available. These will be shared with properties via the December 19 Weekly Update. For additional support, hotels are encouraged to review the Enrollment Goals Job Aid or attend an Enrollment Ask the Experts Webinar on January 25 or 26.
Please note that for 2017, Online Travel Agency (OTA) customers have been included as part of the overall property enrollment goal and mobile phone numbers will be captured for informational purposes. As a reminder, hotels are required to capture an email address during the enrollment process and it is factored into the goal and incentive structure.
