Talent Point: Job Postings Options


Talent Point by Marriott is a HR solutions organization providing Marriott’s franchise community with priority access to optional, leading HR services at preferred rates. To assist with job posting, Talent Point has designed two job posting options. They are 70% less than the leading job boards’ average list price and can assist with finding qualified candidates fast.

  1. Marriott Job Postings: All 30 Marriott brands are eligible to post on the Marriott job page. Franchise job postings reach all current Marriott associates and are visible alongside Marriott-managed postings. Last year the Marriott job page had over 15 million visits. The charge is $115 per posting and each posting is active for 45 days. 
  2. CareerBuilder Job PostingsAll hotel brands, including non-Marriott hotels, can take advantage of Talent Point’s partnership with CareerBuilder for job postings that enable you to gain exposure to the most candidates in the hospitality industry. CareerBuilder job boards receive over 24 million visitors each month.  The charge is $145 per posting (compared to the $419 rack rate price) and each posting is active for 30 days.
