Property Segmentation Project
All hotels will be provided information via the July 31 Weekly Update email with the specific process in order to maintain property-to-property connection(s).
The security of Marriott’s network environment is a top priority. As part of our commitment to keep the network secure, we have established an improved process to ensure secure connections are established through the Marriott network when property-to-property direct connectivity is required. The Property Network Segmentation project provides an enhanced property-to-property connectivity solution that minimizes exposure to viruses and adware across the network.
If a cross-property or above property connection is required, refer to instructions on MGS including the Property Segmentation Description and Schedule. If a connection is not needed, no action is required for this effort.
There is a recurring monthly charge of $137 for the property-to-property connection service. The charge is only for the property that needs to connect to systems at another property.
