Accountability Webinar for SPG Franchise Contacts


SPG Franchise Management Companies | As you know, Marriott’s Accountability Program for guestVoice launched July 1, and accountability for the Brand Standards Audit (BSA) launches January 1, 2018 for Group 1* SPG hotels. As a reminder, hotels failing the audit will be placed in the “red zone”. There may be consequences if your hotel escalates in red-zone status, including a formal notification to Franchisees (and lenders, if required), potential charges, and, if unaddressed, a potential de-flagging of the hotel.

In support of the Accountability Program launch, we hosted this webinar on Sept. 11 from 2-3 p.m. ET to share more about the key measurement elements and performance classifications.
