Coffee Refresh for Marriott Select Brands
Marriott Select Brands Owners & Franchise Management Companies | The Marriott Select Brand approved provider for complimentary lobby coffee, Royal Cup, will be refreshing servers across hotels starting the week of Nov. 6, 2017 through mid-February 2018.
During this refresh, Royal Cup and its licensed partners will be visiting hotels to deliver and set up pre-wrapped thermal servers, air pots, labels and newly designed air pot racks (where applicable). These new items will feature new collateral that is reflective of the refreshed offering and updated branding.
Royal Cup will be delivering a “like for like” quantity up to a maximum initial supply of eight of any one type of server. Additional servers/air pots may be available dependent on individual property coffee volume or available for purchase from local Royal Cup System representatives. While on property, the Royal Cup team will also be removing any existing branded (Barista Bold, Bold Beginnings, Hearth Room, Artisan Blend and Corner Cup) servers, air pots and air pot racks. Back-of-house equipment will not be impacted.
Along with the equipment refresh, MSB hotels will be transitioning to new Rainforest Alliance Certified coffees:
- Rainforest Alliance Classic blend will be the replacement for the existing European Gourmet blend
- Rainforest Alliance Bold blend will be the replacement for the existing optional Dakota Roast blend
- Rainforest Alliance Decaf will be the replacement for the existing Gourmet Decaf blend
The transition of the Rainforest product will coincide (as closely as possible) with the refresh of your servers by working with your local Royal Cup representative in scheduling the change out of products as your hotel is refreshed. Review MGS for additional information.
