#GoldenRule Campaign Placements & Extension
Classic Select Brands | #GoldenRule, the marketing campaign launched earlier this year in the U.S. and Canada, highlights the unique level of service provided to guests across the four Classic Select Brands (CY, FF, FP and SHS). The ads focus on a simple philosophy — #GoldenRule — treating others like you’d want to be treated.
The campaign has added additional placements to amplify “Golden Rule” at year-end for the Classic Select Brands:
In addition to these high-profile placements, Golden Rule will be featured on a New Year’s Eve Times Square billboard, which will rotate every 12 minutes from noon to midnight. And, to further the reach of the campaign the commercials will be on 6,500 taxi cabs in New York City.
The campaign will continue for the first five months of 2018, continuing the increased brand awareness, driving both Marriott portfolio affiliation and positive brand associations. Encourage your teams to utilize sustainment kits, which will be sent to all hotels in the U.S. & Canada on Jan. 12, to keep the service training and guest ‘acts of kindness’ top-of-mind with back-of-house messages and activities.
