Residence Inn Mix 2.0 Refinements
Residence Inn Owners & Franchise Management Companies | Guests have appreciated the changes the RI Mix program brings to the on-property experience. Better beverages and delicious bites in a social evening atmosphere have driven guestVoice ratings up nearly 10 points since launch without raising operating costs. Now, there will be even more to love as the brand activates the “Perfect Pairings” event that will replace Just Desserts every other Wednesday starting in Q2.
This new event focuses on the core strategy and strength of the RI Mix offering: offering guests a better beverage in an engaging atmosphere. Building on the expanded premium beer offering, hotels also launched a new quality wine program at the end of 2017.
The Perfect Pairings event focuses squarely on these enhancements. The event functions like a tasting whereby guests sample a featured wine or beer along with small bites that match the flavor profile to enhance the taste of both. A “mocktail” option for hotels not serving beer or wine is provided; however, owners/operators are encouraged to pursue a license for beer/wine where permissible as hotels serving beer/wine have 5% higher guest attendance and 8% higher satisfaction with the RI Mix.
