New Resources Now Available Within Marriott’s Respect for All: Putting People First Resource Library


As announced in August, Marriott has launched Respect for All: Putting People First Since 1927, which is a portfolio of tools and resources available to franchise management companies and covers topics related to treating guests and each other with respect. At Marriott, we’re in the welcoming business, showing respect for every guest, business partner, and associate who walks through our doors. The reputation of our brands rises and falls on every customer interaction and how we treat one another at work, especially in our current environment where consumers’ experiences can quickly erupt into social media incidents and damage a brand’s reputation.

Marriott has released new “Unconscious Bias” and “What Should You Do” videos within the Respect for All: Putting People First Since 1927 library which assists with understanding and examining unconscious biases in order to continue creating an inclusive environment at your hotel(s).
