  • Marriott Bonvoy | Marriot Bonvoy makes good travel easier and represents Marriott’s belief in the power of travel – giving members access to more opportunities and experiences. In preparation for the launch of the new program name on Feb. 13, hotels received a Land-It tasklist and are asked to complete preparation activities and training, and certify completion.

      • Jan. 28 | Review Procedures for New Ordering Site
      • Feb. 1 | Confirm Receipt of Marriott Bonvoy Starter Kit
      • Feb. 1 | Conduct Hotel Kick-off
      • Feb. 8 | Begin Completing New Loyalty Training
      • Feb. 13 | Display New Marriott Bonvoy Collateral 
      • Feb. 13 | Celebrate Activation of Marriott Bonvoy
      • Feb. 20 | Complete GM Certification
    •  COMPLETE NEW LOYALTY TRAINING:
      • Feb.8: New Loyalty learning available on the Digital Learning Platform in English, auto assigned to the appropriate functions 
      • Mar. 1: New Loyalty learning available on the Digital Learning Platform in 7 additional languages
      • Mar. 22: Cobalt Program course minimums due
      • Apr. 1: Gift Cards course completion due (SPG only)  
      • Jun. 1: Complete remaining new Loyalty learning
    •  BY FEB. 20, GMs MUST CERTIFY:
      • PMS system has been updated
      • Legacy loyalty branded collateral has been removed
      • Marriott Bonvoy collateral has been displayed
      • Associate checklists and scripts have been updated
      • Property and guestroom internet screens have been updated
      • Digital signage has been updated
    • More information is available on Marriott Global Source (MGS), which you can access by searching keyword “Marriott Bonvoy”. 
    • ServiceNow portal will be available to hotels as a means of communicating with the subject matter experts. For BAU items, hotels are asked to contact LoyaltyOperations@marriott.com.
