Marriott Organizational Update | Adam Sherer Named Senior Vice President, Marriott Select Brands, Lodging Development for the Eastern Region

Adam Sherer will now assume the role of Senior Vice President, Lodging Development. In this role, Adam will report to Eric Jacobs and will lead development for Marriott Select Brands (MSB) in the Eastern Region of the U.S.

Adam has a history of fostering long-term partnerships, and is keenly focused on maximizing Marriott’s brand platforms for our partners. He has been an integral partner for MSB growth over the past seven years, leading Marriott’s franchising efforts as the SVP, MSB Franchising. In this role, Adam had responsibility for operations and franchise services, including leading the Franchise Advisory Councils, the CONNECT conference, and playing a key role in the Starwood integration. He has consistently worked in partnership with our MSB franchise community to drive value to your hotels and to Marriott International.
