Four Points Gen 4.0 (New-Build) Prototype and Renovation Documentation

New Build Prototype

Generation 4.0 optimizes the Four Points by Sheraton building footprint, leveraged from the previous Version 3.5 prototype, resulting in a turnkey solution for development in North America. Using four-story wood-frame construction, this 121-key new build prototype features a cohesive guest experience at the Lobby Level, increased efficiency in back-of-house areas, and optional program elements consistent with other Marriott Classic Select brands. Additionally, the Vintage Modern aesthetic has been fully incorporated throughout all Public and Guestroom spaces.

Gen 4 Design Guidelines will include:

  • Design Guideline Drawings
  • Building Product Manuals (BPMs)
  • Interior Design Specification Manual
  • Window Treatment package
  • Foodservice equipment package

Renovation Documentation

For existing Four Points owners and management companies, we are pleased to release the Renovation Requirements for the brand.

This project is focused on the development of the renovations design guideline drawings, purchase-ready FF&E, and building product specifications (finishes). Design guidelines are in support of the established renovation documentation, and will help properties achieve on-strategy renovations. The work is mainly focused for North America, but will be leveraged by all continents.

Marriott’s Product Integrity team, OFS, and Global Design teams are available to assist you during the renovation process, which is extremely important to the Four Points brand to help improve product and guest experience, which are currently inconsistent from property to property.
