Q2 Portfolio “Double Take” Group Promotion


The Americas B2B team will launch the first 2019 portfolio-wide group promotion – Double Take – on March 5.  The promotion offers double points for meeting planners at participating properties, and is valid for contracts signed March 5 – June 30, 2019 that actualize by December 31, 2020.

There is no cost for hotels to participate; however, hotels will need to pay the point costs associated. This promotion will be marketed across all meeting trade publications and websites, as well as through other digital media tactics aimed at reaching new group customers and engaging existing customers. In addition, participating hotels will receive direct sales materials to support the offer upon launch.

This offer was communicated to hotels via the Feb. 4 Weekly Update, and the Field Marketing team will be proactively reaching out to Field Marketing-participating hotels. To participate, hotels must opt in by Feb. 22 using the “Americas Group Promotion Solicitation Form” via eFast. Step-by-step instructions and details are available on MGS.
