Mad About Market Share (MAMS) + ES Factor
Four Points, Aloft & Element Franchise Management Companies | To be successful against competition, hotels need to leverage all of the resources available to drive top line revenue. To support this effort, the Mad About Market Share Business Tools will be launched for Four Points and Aloft hotels and the ES Factor Business Tools activated for Element hotels. These business tools have previously been available to legacy Marriott Select Brands and data shows that consistent use of these tools drives greater growth in key revenue performance metrics including: RevPAR/ESRevPAR, ADR/ESADR and RevPAR Index.
The Action Planning tools deliver monthly revenue generation action plans with links to tools and resources customized to each hotel based on their performance. The Performance Planning tool enables hotels to see their most up-to-date room revenue projections, booked reservations and pace 12 months into the future. For Element, an additional Extended Stay Business Evaluation tool will provide guidance on profitable rate ranges for long term stay business.
Four Points, Aloft and Element GMs were introduced to these tools at the 2019 GM Conference. Hotels will receive invitations to launch webinars for their respective tools which will take place in a staged roll-out starting in May 2019. These tools are available at no additional cost, under the Business Tools tab accessible with read only access to One Yield.
Additionally, franchise management companies receive customized monthly reporting for their portfolio detailing YTD revenue performance and their hotels’ engagement with the tools enabling them to choose to hold hotels accountable.
