New Residence Inn Bar Operations Standard
Residence Inn Franchise Management Companies | As of March 29, Residence Inn hotels with bars in the U.S. and Canada, whether in the optional program or using a custom approach, should comply with the new brand bar operational standard.
The Residence Inn Bar program provides hotels with an optional turn-key solution for bar programming in instances where a separate F&B concept or operation has not been established. This concept was created for use with the prototype bar but can also be adapted for custom designs. The following guidelines for beverage, food, and equipment should be fully reviewed against the property’s operation and market to determine applicability.
