New Travel Partner Programs: STARS and Luminous
Franchise Management Companies | In June, new travel partner programs STARS and Luminous will launch to enable participating hotels to connect with the most loyal and top producing travel agencies.
- STARS will re-launch to include Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari, EDITION, St. Regis, and Luxury Collection hotels. Hotels within the participating brands will be automatically enrolled (hotels will have from April 1-15 to unenroll if they don’t want to participate).
- Luminous will replace ACCOLADES and Luxury Privileges, and will include Autograph Collection, JW Marriott, and W hotels that meet program requirements. Hotels will be able to apply from April 1-15, and will be notified of their acceptance by April 30. Hotels from other brands that meet program criteria can also apply.
Listen to recent webinars to learn more (STARS & Luminous). There will be a four week rollout period for participating hotels; hotels will have preparation tasks and training for 2-4 hours per week during this time.
