New Shaping Service-Related Resources Now Available

As the journey to evolve Shaping Service continues, new tools are now available to help properties familiarize themselves with program enhancements and ensure successful execution, including:

• A short video that highlights all of the improvements that streamline the learning experience.
• Additional languages available for the Welcome module: Thai, Russian, Japanese, Portuguese, German and Italian.
• Recordings of the Small Moments Matter workshop from the 2019 MSB GM conference in Chicago, IL, and the Shaping Service GoTalk, which highlights the current and upcoming enhancements to the program.
