#WINTHEWEEKEND Toolkit

Earlier this year, the Topline Performance Planning (TPP) initiative was launched – bringing together BMSC Americas disciplines to drive performance across the Americas. As the reimagined demand generation and capture strategy, TPP focuses on: New Supply, Weekend Demand, Direct Booking, ADR, Dated Product, Luxury Brands, and Loyalty.

The first set of TPP resources has launched, focusing on weekend demand. The #WinTheWeekend toolkit is a guide for sales strategy teams that highlights existing tools, resources, best practices, and key recommended actions by discipline to drive weekend RPI.

Encourage your hotel sales strategy teams take the following actions to activate the toolkit:

  • Name a #WinTheWeekend toolkit champion
  • Identify weekend demand gap to goal 
  • Implement the toolkit’s discipline-specific actions for group and transient, as applicable for your hotel
