Effective August 5: Retirement of Systems Training in myLearning

This information will be provided to hotels via the July 1 Weekly Update.

Franchise Management Companies | Effective August 5, property systems training (including FSPMS, FOSSE, OPERA, EMPOWER: Guest Experience [GXP], Sales and Catering Systems, and Revenue Management Systems) will be retired in myLearning. All new hires with assigned property systems training in myLearning are instructed to complete their training prior to this deadline. The Digital Learning Platform (DLP) will be the new home for property systems training moving forward.
