Marriott ServiceNow (SNOW) Portal


Franchise Management Companies | In 2017, Marriott launched ServiceNow, a cloud-based IT service management solution, which can be used to report an issue, request a service, or get information. Associates with a Marriott EID can use ServiceNow from any device with internet access to take advantage of the many benefits it provides, including:

  • Avoid time consuming calls to support via the phone by reporting issues using the self-service Service Portal.
  • Create a ticket that routes straight to an application or technology support expert.
  • Use the CHAT function which has language translation capabilities for 8 languages, to get answers to quick questions directly from a Service Desk analyst or to report minor incidents.
  • Track the status of a previously reported issue or service request on the ServiceNow homepage.
  • Take advantage of the vast library of knowledge articles that can help answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) about Marriott supported applications.

In addition, the ServiceNow Portal provides support to franchise associates with questions or issues related to the following Marriott Business Applications and Services:

  • Technology Support for Marriott Email and other Marriott technologies to include BPA, MI Connector, and Marriott-imaged laptops and PCs on the Marriott network
  • EID and Password Reset Support
  • FOSSE – Property Management System Support
  • FSPMS – Marriott’s Full-Service Property Management System Support
  • Lightspeed PMS – Property Management System Support
  • Property Reservations Systems Support to include MARSHA, HPP, Empower Reservations, and MRDW
  • Sales & Catering Support – Consolidated Inventory, One Source, Meeting Services App and Total Yield
  • GXP Empower for Mobile Guest Requests
  • Mobile Key – Property Mobile Guest Services Support
  • One Yield – Revenue Management Support

Applications that are not supported via the ServiceNow Portal include Oracle, Opera and third-party services (i.e. Sertifi eAuthorize). Please note that the legacy SPG service portal is now retired, and associates at legacy SPG hotels should be using Marriott’s ServiceNow Portal for support.
