QPower, New Tool to Drive ITRec, Launching July 29
QPower is a performance management system designed for hotels to make smart, focused, and impactful improvements to their guest experience. The multi-faceted platform enables operators and above-property leaders to make decisions that will improve ITRec. Benefits of QPower include:
- Prioritization. QPower calculates each hotel’s top three focus areas that will impact their ITRec.
- Action Planning. QPower has an action planning component that offers a personalized approach with clear steps toward improvement.
- Solutions Library. Quick and easy access to Marriott-endorsed resources that help operators drive their guest experience scores.
- Flexibility. The use of QPower is optional but highly encouraged. Operators can use the system as much or as little they want. If they find that some components are more useful than others, they can use the parts that work with their needs.
- No Incremental Cost. There is no incremental cost associated with using QPower – it is included as part Marriott’s overall portfolio of guest improvement tools.
