As the reimagined demand generation and capture strategy, TPP focuses on: New Supply, Weekend Demand, Direct Booking, ADR, Dated Product, Luxury Brands, and Loyalty.
Encourage your hotel sales strategy teams to review the new Topline Performance Planning resources for best practices, resources and action items, including:
- an update to the #WinTheWeekend toolkit focused on the affinity segment
- the #KeepGrowWin Market Supply Change job aid focused on retaining and growing hotels’ group base
- Review action items within each resource and encourage your hotel(s) to use the Action Planning Tracker to develop action plans
