New Master Services Agreement Signed with PSAV
Franchise Management Companies | Marriott International has completed a new Master Services Agreement with PSAV for Event Technology and Audio Visual Services in the U.S. and Canada, including USVI and Puerto Rico. Benefits include competitive commission and signing bonus options, improved Service Level commitment, a new Strategic Account program to grow business from large customers, standardized pricing and more.
- Hotels that have contracted with PSAV since 1/1/2018 should contact PSAV to evaluate switching to the new program
- Hotels that are with alternative Event AV Technology providers, or who are considering outsourcing, should contact PSAV to understand how their property can benefit from the PSAV program.
- Hotels in contracts with PSAV signed before 1/1/2018 are not eligible to participate until their current contract expires. However, they are strongly encouraged to switch to the new program after their current contract ends.
