Stewardship Report Release

Marriott is continuing to focus on delivering on the ease-of-business benefits of our Owner & Franchise Value Proposition. An enhancement that we have been working on, which was part of the May and more recent September Integration Update, is a new Marriott Reservations Data Warehouse (MRDW) report summarizing key performance metrics — the Stewardship Report.
This new report builds on the previous SPG version by enabling a user to pull reporting across a portfolio or subset of hotels, across all Marriott brands. The report provides users, including franchise management companies, greater access to performance data and increased flexibility with reporting views and comparisons. Reporting will be available on a monthly basis.
This report enables users to answer high-level questions regarding RevPAR index, channel mix, loyalty production, account production, sales organization production, and gross revenue by channel by providing a year to date snapshot in a concise PDF format. Reporting can be run for a single property, groups of properties, a management company, or an owner group.
