Group Pricing Optimizer (GPO)/Total Yield (TY) Self Audit Now Available

As previously communicated, the One Yield System Self Audit tool helps users review and optimize their settings in One Yield, while detecting override trends and providing details to monitor daily system usage. The tool provides detailed instructions and allows users to input their hotel’s individual parameters, empowering them to perform regular audits of the hotel to optimize system performance.
A Group Pricing Set-Up Self Audit has been added to the One Yield Self Audit tool to provide hotels using GPO or TY with a holistic end-to-end approach to ensuring both transient and group pricing settings are optimized for peak performance. The GPO/TY portion of the tool provides detailed step-by-step instructions and a worksheet to capture notes and track completion. Encourage your hotels to perform the Group Pricing Self Audit at least once per year or anytime the GPO/TY outputs aren’t aligned with the intended group strategy.
