2020 Property Enrollment Goals Now Available
Franchise Management Companies | Enrolling new members at the hotel is key to creating loyalty and driving value. Half of enrolled members are more likely to return to stay at the hotel where they enrolled and spend more on ancillary items such as food and spa.
Marriott Bonvoy™ provides a team incentive paid out on a quarterly basis to hotels that reach their goal. Hotels receive this incentive via prepaid reward card or OFB credit for valid enrollments based on performance to goal, with no cap on earnings.
Hotels are encouraged to review Enrollment Best Practices and use the Enrollment Promotional materials in back-of-house areas to raise awareness about hotel goals.
