Participate in 2020 Engagement Survey
The 2020 Engagement Survey administration window is shifting from June to April for 2020. Hotels are invited to participate in the Talent Point by Marriott Engagement Survey or Marriott’s Engagement Survey.
Current Users of Marriott International’s Engagement Survey: Register between Jan. 13 and Feb. 7 at 8 p.m. ET by emailing myhr.connection@marriott.com or calling (866) 370-7152. The survey will be administered April 5 – May 3. The Marriott survey is only offered to hotels that participated in the survey in 2019.
New or Existing Users of ‘Talent Point by Marriott’ Survey: Hotels participating for the first time should use Talent Point by Marriott, which offers engagement surveys throughout the year, in partnership with Kincentric. This offering can be used across the entire portfolio, including non-Marriott-branded properties. To participate in the next survey cycle, email talentpoint@marriott.com by March 31.
