Drive ITRec with Marriott’s QPower: Q1 Focus Areas Now Available

Franchise Management Companies | As previously communicated, QPower is Marriott Global Quality’s newest addition to its suite of performance improvement tools. The system primarily uses GSS data from each hotel to determine which aspects of the guest experience are most likely to impact ITRec. We’re happy to report that the majority of hotels in the Marriott system have already logged in to QPower.
QPower gives hotel operators the ability to:
- Focus on priorities by highlighting the most impactful, property-specific opportunities for ITRec growth.
- Find solutions by directing users to proven solutions for performance improvement.
- Take action by guiding operators with clear steps to take high-impact actions, track progress, and improve the guest experience.
Above-property leaders also have access to portfolio-level summaries and reports to see trends and hold properties accountable for taking action.
As of Jan. 1, QPower now identifies each hotel’s most impactful ITRec drivers — called “QPower Priorities” — for Q1 2020. QPower Priorities are based on each hotels’ rolling 12 month GSS data. Click here to learn more about the quarterly QPower Priority refresh.
Hotels are encouraged to use QPower to develop action plans to drive ITRec and improve critical parts of their guest experience. Resources are available within QPower and on MGS.
