Updates to Americas Property Internet Strategy

Marriott has continued to develop and improve the Property Internet program since its inception, and the last three years have seen an increased focus on identifying and retaining the right partners to help our hotels succeed while maintaining our Property Internet requirements. As a reminder, as of January 1, 2020, the minimum acceptable version of GPNS is 2015.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that ENSEO is no longer participating in the Americas Property Internet Program, effective December 20, 2019. Impacted hotels should exhaust the remaining contract term before switching to a new provider or review early termination options in their property agreement, if any. Hotels in a month-to-month contract status should plan to switch to a new provider as soon as possible. Note: This change does not impact ENSEOs eligibility to participate in other Marriott programs.
