CI/TY, SFAWeb, and OneSource Outage

Franchise Management Companies | An extended system outage for CI/TY, SFAWeb/GPO, and OneSource will begin on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 4:00 a.m. ET and will end on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 11:00 p.m. ET — duration of the outage is 43 hours.

As your hotels prepare to work manually during this outage, an Outage Preparation Activities Summary has been developed and is available on MGS. Additional resources on MGS include: CI/TY & SFAWeb/GPO Business Continuity Plan and  OneSource Business Continuity Plan.
