AMPED Retail Pricing Adoption Webinar

If your Retail Pricing Optimizer (RPO) Achievement needs improvement, attend this webinar to get recommendations on how to improve retail pricing adoption by learning how different factors influence RPO’s recommended rates and understanding which specific items to review in the system to increase RPO performance.

Virtual Revenue Management Skills Training Program

This virtual training series is designed to provide Revenue Managers with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully perform the daily, weekly and monthly inventory management and analysis tasks associated with the role of Revenue Manager. This is an 11-week virtual course will run from April 7 – June 16 includes 3 hours of weekly instructor-led facilitation with digital self-paced learning supplements. The cost is $400 per participant, which would be charged to the hotel. Register here.


One Yield Advanced User Training

This workshop is designed to help associates who already have their One Yield certification be more effective utilizing the system. The training provides and advanced overview of One Yield functionality and is intended to help attendees enhance their ability to apply these powerful capabilities to their hotel(s) and learn system best practices amongst peers. 

The cost is $325 per attendee and attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel, and incidentals. The session will run from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m ET.


One Yield Hotel Executive Training

General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, as well as other topline leaders are encouraged to attend the upcoming workshops, which will cover the key inputs to One Yield. Attendees will be more effective supporting the One Yield “5-step Process” thereby improving the accuracy of the outputs to drive top line revenue. Participants do not need to be a certified One Yield user to attend.

The registration cost varies by city and attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel, and incidentals. There are two identical sessions being held each day, the morning from 8:00-11:30 and afternoon 1:00-4:30, and attendees can choose the date/time/location they prefer.  Seats are limited, so please encourage your hotels to register as soon as possible.


Optional Additional Demand Webinar

This optional Revenue Management webinar is focused specifically on additional demand and will cover how to research this key metric for your hotel(s) as well as understand the overall impact it has in your total forecast.

Extended Stay Pricing Philosophies Training

The Extended Stay Pricing Philosophies course is required, according to the Revenue Management Participation and Certification (SMRM-040) brand standard. The course has been added to the Digital Learning Platform. Revenue Managers must complete the course and successfully pass the exam by March 31. Associates who have completed the program should refer to the job aid for details on producing the required proof of completion to the property GM.
