Global Accountability Program Suspended for Wave 1

Due to the impact of COVID-19, Marriott’s Global Accountability program, which includes accountability thresholds for the Brand Standard Audit (BSA), Guest Satisfaction Surveys (GSS) and Renovation compliance (where applicable) will be suspended for Wave 1, 2020 (Jan. 1 through June 30). Guests will continue to receive surveys for open and operating hotels, and open hotels should ensure they are maintaining the appropriate health and safety standards for our guests.
