Associates who use EMPOWER Guest Experience Platform (GXP), EMPOWER Reservations, Case Management and Email modules and Sales Account Relationship Management (ARM) should register now for Two-Step Verification to minimize any access disruptions. While efforts are laser-focused on the impact of COVID-19, it’s times like these where exploit attempts increase. We must take appropriate action to further safeguard Marriott systems and applications against unauthorized access.
