Q4 Game Plans Now Available


Franchisees | It looks like another great year for hotels in The Americas. As we head into Q4, we’re seeing positive results from the focus on GSS. Additionally, hotel performance is strong and occupancy across our industry is at an all-time high.

Our teams at Marriott are continuing to work to streamline what we ask of hotels and we are focused on the details to ensure these initiatives are as easy to execute as possible. We’re currently testing and piloting a number of new concepts, in both Marriott-managed and franchised hotels, as we continue to look for ways to drive value for our owners & franchisees as well as loyalty from our guests.

This quarter, we will deploy a number of important initiatives, including the rollout of Mobile Check-In and Check-Out to Select Service & Extended Stay Hotels in December. To help aid in your planning, the Q4 Game Plans are now available on MGS. Please review your Game Plan and share it with your teams so they are aware of the topics and the activities required.
