New Process for Accessing myLearning: New/Inactive Users Must Request Access via Request Center Beginning Nov. 20


Franchisees | Effective November 20, 2014, Marriott is enhancing the access model for myLearning in order to enable properties to manage access to this platform as well as the associated costs (included in past and 2015 budget instructions).

As a result, employees are required to first submit a Request Center form prior to launching training sessions in myLearning. This change impacts all franchise employees not currently in progress in a training session in myLearning.

All requests for access to myLearning will be completed approximately 48 to 72 hours after receipt of approval by the property’s access administrator.
