CI/TY Rates to Remain Flat in 2015

Full Service Owners & Franchisees:

We heard concerns from many of you regarding the increase in CI/TY rates in 2015. Based on your feedback, we have taken steps to reevaluate our cost model and, as a result, will not be increasing rates in 2015. There is no anticipated impact to service levels or functionality as result of this change.

Budget instructions will be updated and made available to hotels in order to adjust their 2015 property budgets and Business Plans.

We believe CI/TY is an effective and valuable system that should be fully utilized by all deployed hotels. We remain focused on managing the costs associated with this program and appreciate your support and engagement throughout this process.
