TPS Launches New Build Prototype 4.0 and TurningPointS 2.0 Décor Package
TownePlace Suites by Marriott, in partnership with Marriott Global Design Strategies, is launching our new build prototype 4.0 and TurningPointS 2.0 décor package for hotels in North America.
The new TPS Prototype 4.0 and TurningPointS décor package were developed with customer feedback and input from owners/franchisees on the CAPE advisory board in mind. The prototype is available for all new build projects and the décor package is applicable for all generations of TownePlace Suites hotels.
Through the new design, the arrival experience is enhanced with an offset lobby door highlighted by the newly added car cover. An outdoor fire feature and social/grilling station are also situated near the front of the hotel.
Once inside, guests will find a large, innovatively-enhanced lobby, designed to elevate the guest experience by providing a variety of seating options which invite guests to work, gather and stay productive outside of their suite. The TPS brand markers such as the TowneMap®, Hello desk and the WIKI wall all “play” nicely in these new spaces. The new spaces and design support the findings from extensive guest research and will ensure the brand is positioned properly for all guests, particularly next generation guests, in the future.
All the tools you’ll need to successfully implement the new prototype can be found on MGS, including a link to documentation, narrative presentation, webinar recording, and contact list. Please note: all files are linked to Buzzsaw.
