Franchisees | Talent Point was created in early 2014 to offer our valued franchise partners with optional services that leverage Marriott’s relationships with established third-party vendors. The response from the franchise community thus far has been overwhelmingly positive:

  • Job Postings: Over 600 franchise companies have posted 2,500 jobs
  • Engagement Survey: 23% increase in participants since 2013
  • Leadership Training: Steady increase in franchise participation since the launch of Talent Point

We have received a significant amount of feedback and recommendations regarding the need for additional service offerings to meet your unique business needs. In response to these requests, the Talent Point team is launching an additional suite of talent acquisition services that is available at www.4talentpoint.com.

  1. EMPLOYMENT BRANDING + SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT
    ClearEdge will manage social channels and drive applicant flow through social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), as well as assist with employment branding.
  2. ENTERPRISE APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM – CAREERBUILDER1
    This applicant tracking system, provided through a partnership with CareerBuilder, will manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
  3. RESUME DATABASE
    Franchisees will have access to over 44M active job seeker profiles through CareerBuilder. They will have the ability to passively source with candidate full contact information.
  4. TALENT NETWORK
    The “always on” recruiter from CareerBuilder will actively remarket and engage a franchisee’s database of candidates to available positions.
  5. SUPPLY AND DEMAND
    With real-time labor market insights from CareerBuilder, franchisees can see who they are competing against, how much the market is paying, and what job titles are being searched.
  6. BROADBEAN
    Broadbean gives franchisees the ability to automatically post to all job boards of their choice from one interface, typically within their ATS, and also measures effectiveness real time.
  7. NEW ENGAGEMENT SURVEY
    Aon Hewitt, a leading provider in the employee research space, has created an employee engagement survey program specifically for the franchise community. This program can be used for a franchisee’s entire portfolio (including non-Marriott flagged properties).
