Changes to Marriott’s Real Estate Tax Services

For several years, Marriott’s Real Estate Tax Services team, led by Dave Chitlik, has provided real estate tax appeals services for hotels, as requested by owners and franchisees. Beginning January 1, 2016, Marriott will no longer offer these services.

Dave will be launching an independent real estate tax consulting firm next year and will continue to offer real estate tax services to owners and franchisees of Marriott-branded hotels. Dave has a wealth of experience in this field and a successful track record, providing great value to his clients.
