mi360 is Marriott’s communications and information hub for our owners and franchisees. Before you get started on the site, there are a few things to note:

  • To allow us to continue serving you this information in this fashion, please do not violate the terms of use by sharing this information or site.
  • mi360 is best viewed on current browsers (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE11).

WHAT IS mi360?
Designed for ANY device/computer, this site is updated in real-time with the latest news and information, and houses:

  • Owner & Franchise Communications (e.g., initiative memos and updates)
    • These communications will replace the email updates you currently receive.
    • This site is intended for above-property use, so these communications are targeted to above-property contacts only. Property-level contacts, including GMs, will receive the Weekly Update with all relevant operational information.
    • Detailed operational and proprietary items will be found on MGS.

TIPS & TRICKS

  • Use Search, which searches the entire site.
  • Filter tiles for relevant information in that area.
  • Suggest content. This is your site, so email us your feedback to help make it more fit for you.
  • Take a tour. We encourage you to spend some time navigating around the site and various tiles to see what information is available. 
  • Bookmark the site/save it to your device:
    • On your iPhone, you can do this by visiting mi360, hitting the “share” icon and then selecting “[+] Add to Home Screen”
    • On an Android device, visit mi360, hit the “settings” button (three vertical dots in top right of screen), and then hit the “star” symbol to save a bookmark. Next, return to settings, open the Bookmarks folder, locate your newly created bookmark and press and hold your finger on the bookmark you want to place on your home screen. You will see a new menu with an option to “Add to Home Screen.”
