Marriott Hotels Brand Voice Update
As you know, the Marriott Hotels brand is focused on strengthening our foundation and shifting perception among our target guests. Part of this effort includes the new brand logo and brand voice items, which create the visual and verbal identity of the brand. As per the Brand Voice standard, all hotels must provide Brand Voice items, with the goal of creating a vision and verbal style that is global, a design that is flexible enough to work across a broad range of properties, and a voice that can be used for leisure and business marketing.
As we continue to work towards these objectives, all MH properties are required to use the new Brand Voice for all Stationary, Guest Room, Front Office and Public Space items as listed on MGS. The deadline to update all applicable items is October 1, 2016. Please note that the Brand Standards Audit (BSA) will be updated to reflect these requirements beginning January 1, 2017.
