myPDR Refresh & myLearning Reporting Update
myPDR
Marriott is launching a refreshed myPDR site for owners and franchisees on May 27. The site will have a mobile-friendly, tile-based design, as well as intuitive search and FAQ functionality.
There are two tabs in the new version:
- Home – This tab will contain a tile from which users can access their the Associate Discount Card and Room Rate Authorization forms, as well as a tile with FAQs.
- Job Resources – This tab will contain links to Marriott’s Engagement Survey, Talent Point Offerings, myLearning and JAM, which is Marriott’s business collaboration platform.
Visit MGS to learn more about these enhancements.
myLearning
Franchisees | Property-level learning activity reporting is now available for franchised properties. This will allow properties to track activity for those associates who have access to and have completed training in myLearning. At the property level, General Managers, Assistant General Managers, HR Professionals, and Operations Managers can request access to their property’s individual reports using the request form on MGS. Above-property contacts may request access for their portfolio of hotels.
Once access has been set up, users can pull reports directly though myPDR. Resources, including a report listing and step-by-step instructions on how to run the reports, are located on MGS. For additional questions or support, contact the Marriott Service Center.
