JW Marriott Hotels To Launch “The JW Treatment” Campaign

In September, the JW Marriott brand will launch a new global marketing campaign to differentiate the brand in the mid-luxury market tier.  The campaign concept, titled “The JW Treatment”, focuses on how the brand trains and nurtures associates and their passions in order to deliver an exceptional luxury experience to guests. The theme of the campaign centers around J. Willard Marriott’s philosophy that “treating guests exceptionally starts with the way we treat each other.” 

To educate associates about the refined brand positioning and help kick off the campaign, the brand team has developed education materials for property leaders and their HR counterparts to conduct brief training in August, which is approximately one hour for managers and associates.

In mid-August, the hotel Executive Leadership Team will also be given an activation guide with ideas and tools to celebrate the launch of the campaign and to recognize the passions and talents of associates that bring “The JW Treatment” to life for guests.
