Look No Further® Best Rate Guarantee Program Launching to Delta Hotels


Delta Hotels Franchise Management Companies | Effective Sept. 1, Delta Hotels will begin participating in Marriott’s Look No Further® Best Rate Guarantee program and we’d like to provide information and resources to support you and your hotels during the program’s implementation.

Program Overview

The Look No Further® Best Rate Guarantee program ensures guests can always get the best rate by booking directly through Marriott.com, our worldwide reservation centers or at any of our hotels. Customers who find a lower rate elsewhere can file a Look No Further® Best Rate Guarantee claim. Valid claims entitle guests to an additional 25 percent discount from the lower rate for the stay.

The program is part of Marriott’s system-wide focus on strengthening our direct booking channels, which have lower distribution costs for hotels.

Key Dates and Facts

  • Sept. 1, 2016: The program will become active at all Delta Hotels. As of this date, hotels must honor valid claims. In addition, the program will become a non-accountable part of Brand Standards Audit.
  • Jan. 1, 2017: For valid Look No Further® claims related to stays on or after this date, hotels will be assessed $200. The program will become an accountable component of Brand Standards Audit.
  • Charges are processed at the end of each month. Hotels should review their approved claims to address rate parity issues and to reduce the number of approved claims.
  • Guests can submit claims using this online form. Associates who receive inquiries about a potential claim are encouraged to refer guests to the online form.
