Updated Shaping Service Compliance Dates
As previously communicated, Shaping Service is a comprehensive onboarding and service learning program designed to help team members at CFRST hotels deliver exceptional guest experiences. The program is being rolled out by brand and we have received positive feedback to-date from those GMs that have taken the Shaping Service training.
Shaping Service is foundational to educating and exciting hotel staff on the importance of service as part of the guest experience. While we remain committed to Shaping Service, we have heard that – due to competing priorities – many GMs are unable to meet the present timelines. As a result, we will be extending the Brand Standards Audit (BSA) compliance deadlines to ensure GMs have time to complete the Shaping Service training. The dates for all associates will be adjusted as well based on the new GM dates. The new deadlines are as follows:
