AC Hotels’ Rewards Arrival Program

We wanted to share details of upcoming changes to the Rewards arrival program for AC hotels to help further surprise and delight guests. As communicated on the monthly GM webinar for AC Hotels on Nov. 11 and to the AC FAC late last month, the following items are changing:

Platinum members will now receive 400 points and a $10 food & beverage credit at the time of arrival. The previous benefit of a market item will be replaced with the $10 F&B credit.
Gold members will now receive a $10 food & beverage credit at the time of arrival. This arrival gift is positioned as a delighter and will be offered at AC Hotels in the U.S. only. This is not a published benefit, and will not be communicated to members.

In order to prepare for these changes to launch on Dec. 19, hotels have been asked to:

Order their $10 food & beverage credit coupons from AS Hospitality.
Review the jobs aids on MGS and train staff on the execution of these new delighters.
Begin offering new delighters to Platinum and Gold members on Dec. 19.
